This AI software could mark the end of visualisation companies
Hey Friends,
In this newsletter today, I would like to show you how this AI visualisation technique can change the whole visualisation industry!
As some of you already know, in one of my companies, AI Hub, we help creative companies such as Architecture and Interior Design practices to grasp the opportunities that AI creates for them, and one of the most game-changing works that we have done working with these companies has been helping the companies win multi-million-pound projects using AI in creating compelling concept presentations as well as helping these companies with visualisation of their projects.
Here is a breakdown of how we do this:
Winning New Projects
This is probably one of the most important byproducts of AI that Architecture and Interior Companies love the most.
Problems with traditional workflow: Having worked at a variety of Architecture practices before, I know how much effort, time, and resources it requires to convince a potential client to hire us for their projects. This includes the time it takes to create 3D models, produce compelling visuals, and compile presentation documents and drawings.
Advantages of the new workflow: Utilising AI has not only resulted in this project to shortened in terms of length to a portion of the time but also has skyrocketed the quality of the materials produced!
The process breakdown:
Crafting a narrative for the project using pi.ai
Producing hybrid early sketches with Midjourney
Producing diagrams with Dalle
Designing high-end detail visuals using simple sketches or 3D models in Stable Diffusion
Putting together and finalising the entire presentation document using Chat GPT
The Future of Visualisation
One of the key parts of the new process in the Architecture and Interior Design workflow is producing compelling visuals for the project.
I you have worked in the Architecture or Interior Design sector, you know that producing a really high-quality render for your project can cost you thousands of dollars per image!
However, with the new workflows with AI tools like Stable Diffusion, you can reduce cost, increase quality, and make the delivery time significantly faster.
Below is a case study for one of our recent projects, where we turned a simple raw 3D render of a commercial project into a high-end, detailed image in a matter of minutes.
Not only were we able to create this render in a very short amount of time but also prepared a number of alternative variations in different themes, colours, materials, etc.
Finally, the new tools that we have in our arsenal are enabling us in the creative industry to unleash our potential in terms of creativity, what we can achieve in a short amount of time and also lots of unrealised success in terms of business perspective.
I hope you enjoyed reading this week’s newsletter and if you have any questions about AI workflows or if you want to talk about business or more, don’t hesitate to drop an email at hello@amirhosseinnoori.com or amir@aihub.ai!
Also, if you would like to learn more about Stable Diffusion and how you could use it to generate renders like the ones above, feel free to join me in next week’s workshop.
Amir xx

😍Workshop - AI & Design Workshop 2.0 - I am excited to announce the launch of my 8th AI workshop! This time I have improved the workshop so that not only we can go in depth in Midjourney but also learn a lot from other useful workflows in Stable Diffusion and Dalle 3 too!
